When a friend of mine asked me for any ideas on an interesting gift for her father for fathers day, I started with the usual suspects. Does he cook, I can make a mean cutting board? Interested in Board Games? I eventually showed her Shaun Boyd's video about his one cup coffee table, the silliest, yet surprisingly cool coffee table I've ever seen. It has drawer space for precisely 2 sugar packets and disassembles inexplicably by way of magnets. It would be perfect for the theatre if one were to need to regularly destroy a piece on set and rebuild in an instant.  As soon as she saw it, she knew it was the gift for him. I was severely over paid by my dear friend for this. 16 hours of babysitting is worth approximately $1,000 to me so I definitely made out on this one.
